Dear Brethren and Companions,
I greet you well and send you best wishes from myself and all members of the Joint Executive.
The past year has been full of optimism and pleasure in resuming our meetings and being able to support Charities across the Province and indeed the whole Country and beyond. We have again showed that we gather strength by what we can do together and I am so proud of you all.
The loss of our Beloved Queen Elizabeth II was a huge shock to us all and yet the whole Country united to say thank you and goodbye and we pledge our loyalty to His Majesty King Charles III. In Freemasonry, we welcomed Jonathan Spence’s promotion to be our Pro Grand Master, in support of The Most Worshipful Grand Master, HRH The Duke of Kent.
Freemasonry is like an anchor in our lives, helping us remain stable when all around us can seem daunting. Let us enjoy every minute that we have. Look after each other, focus on the positives and what we can achieve rather than the negatives.
I thank you personally for all the strength and support you give me and I sincerely hope that you, your families and those you love and care for enjoy the miracle of Christmas this year and may the Great Architect keep you safe and well until we meet again.
