The Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master is delighted to announce that further to the previous communication, the Most Worshipful the Grand Master is to promote our Most Excellent Grand Superintendent, David Anthony Westall to the rank of Past Grand Sword Bearer in United Grand Lodge of England.
