I greet you well and refer you to the summons for the Annual Meeting of Provincial Grand Lodge on Monday 29th June 2015.
Attendees at Provincial Grand Lodge must be Master Masons and I take this opportunity to advise you concerning the Luncheon at 12.30pm, which precedes Provincial Grand Lodge.
The Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master has expressed his desire for as many Brethren as are able to attend Provincial Grand Lodge and support those Brethren receiving honours. There may be an opportunity for some to join him and our distinguished guests from other Provinces, for Luncheon. Brethren are invited to apply to attend the lunch by downloading and using the dining form below. Priority will therefore be given to applications received prior to 12th June 2015. If you intend to Lunch with the Provincial Grand Master, please complete and return the attached slip, in an envelope marked “Lunch” together with your cheque for £23.50, payable to “PGL Dining”. Your confirmation of dining will be Emailed/posted to you before 22nd June 2015. Unsuccessful applications will have their cheques returned.
If you are not dining and wish to attend Provincial Grand Lodge, you should robe and proceed to your seat in the Lodge Room or First Floor Balcony. All brethren are to be seated by 2.10pm.
