A Prayer for the Season

Great Architect of the Universe, we give you thanks for this season of Light. The celebrations of the great festivals of Christmas, Diwali and Hanukkah. We Pray for Light in our world outshining the darkness, for a world at peace, for the problems of Israel, Palestine, the Ukraine, and other troubled areas of our world. We pray for those who suffer, those held hostage. We pray that your light may shine in these times and places. For our homes, families, friends and for our Brethren wherever they may be throughout the world. We pray that your blessing be upon us all.

May your light Shine, in this Season and Always. So Mote it be.

A Seasonal Grace

Great Architect of the Universe as we gather for this celebration meal, we give you thanks for this season, for light, for peace, and hope. We pray for each other as we gather here and for our homes, families, and Brethren. In this season keep us aware of the needs of those less fortunate as us.

We give thanks for this time together, for companionship, good conversation and fellowship.

For this food set before and those who prepared it we give you thanks today.

May you light shine upon us. So Mote it be.
