The Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master for and Most Excellent Grand Superintendent in and over South Wales will host Meetings of Provincial Grand Lodge (p.m.) and Provincial Grand Chapter (a.m.) on Saturday, 24 June 2023 at the Memo Arts Centre, Gladstone Road, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, CF62 8NA.
As in previous years you are cordially invited to attend Luncheon, to be served at 12.30 p.m.
Brethren and Companions from this Province proposing to join the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master and Most Excellent Grand Superintendent will be most welcome to do so, at a cost of £25.00 per person, and in order that the necessary catering arrangements can be made I would be most grateful to hear from you at your earliest possible convenience and in any event not later than Friday, 09 June 2023. Names must be submitted to the Provincial Office utilising the enclosed booking form.
Following the success and popularity of similar Luncheons in previous years, bookings will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis. If the maximum capacity is exceeded payments will be returned. In that event, and alternative dining facilities are required, Brethren and Companions may be interested to note that several independent food vendors are situated a short walk from the Memo Arts Centre at Goodsheds, Hood Road, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, CF62 5QU.
