Dear Sir and Brother / Companion,
In general terms ceremonial standards are being maintained throughout the Province and I am very encouraged to have witnessed a great deal of excellent practice.
However, in the interests of consistency, continuity and standardisation, I have scheduled a DCs Seminar to be held at Bridgend Masonic Hall on Saturday 22nd July. The Seminar will consist of the following structure:
Session 1 (9.30 – 11.00)
Section 1: Organising and Preparing for a Lodge Meeting
Section 2: The Lodge of Instruction (Rehearsal)
Section 3: The Installation
Session 2 (11.15 – 12.45)
Section 4: Festive Board
Section 5: Ladies Festivals and Social Events
Section 6: Salutations
I would welcome expressions of interest from DCs, ADCs and Preceptors of Craft Lodges and Royal Arch Chapters.
Following the presentation, there will be a buffet for further interaction and discussion.
