The Installation Convocation of Emerald Chapter No. 5907 was held at Cardiff Masonic Hall on Monday, 17th February 2025. The Chapter was honoured by the presence of the Deputy Grand Superintendent, E.Comp. Martyn P. Wake, who attended in an official capacity, accompanied by his Provincial team. Their presence added a wonderful spectacle to the evening’s proceedings.
Further honour was bestowed upon the Chapter with the attendance of the Provincial Grand Scribe Nehemiah, E.Comp. Philip Saunders, who delivered an exemplary address to the Principals.
The highlight of the evening was the installation of the new Principals:
- E.Comp. Nicholas Marsh as First Principal
- E.Comp. Thomas McDonough as Second Principal
- Comp. John K. Watson as Third Principal
The Installing Principal, E.Comp. Paul Charles James, was commended for his exemplary work, conducting the ceremony with dignity and passion, much to the appreciation of all present.
The evening was a true reflection of companionship. Although Emerald Chapter is relatively small in numbers, it is vast in spirit, desire, and unity. In recent years, the Chapter has seen consistent growth, welcoming new exaltees and joining members, a testament to the commitment and enthusiasm of its members in strengthening and enriching the Chapter.
The after-proceedings were filled with warmth, laughter, and excellent company. Any Companion considering a visit to Emerald Chapter can be assured of the very warmest of welcomes.
