The Installation Convocation of North Glamorgan Chapter No. 4055 took place at Merthyr Tydfil Masonic Hall on Monday, 10th February 2025. A large gathering of Companions assembled to witness this significant occasion.
The Chapter was honoured by the presence of the 2nd Provincial Grand Principal, E.Comp. Simon K. S. Daniel, who attended in an official capacity, accompanied by his Provincial team. Their presence added a wonderful spectacle to the evening’s proceedings.

The highlight of the ceremony was the installation of the three new Principals:
- E.Comp. Richard Thomas as First Principal.
- E.Comp. Granville Thomas as Second Principal.
- E.Comp. Ian James as Third Principal.
The Installing Principal, E.Comp. Marc Lewis, was commended for his exemplary work conducting the ceremony to the highest standards, much to the appreciation of all present.
Adding further honour to the occasion, the Chapter welcomed E.Comp. Christopher Eveliegh, Assistant to the Provincial Grand Principals, along with a distinguished gathering of Supreme Grand Chapter Officers.
The evening was a true celebration of companionship, leaving all who attended with fond memories of an exceptional convocation.
