The M.E. Grand Superintendent, Excellent Companion D. Gerald Rowbottom, is hosting the Annual Provincial Lunch following the Convocation of Supreme Grand Chapter, on Thursday 26th April 2018, in the Hercules Pillars, directly across the road from Freemasons’ Hall.
To attend, please complete the attached pro-forma and return to the address shown as soon as possible, and before Thursday 12th April 2018. As final numbers must then be telephoned to the restaurant, bookings cannot be accepted after this date. Allocations will be on a strictly ‘first come, first served’ basis, due to capacity limitations.
Where possible seating will be arranged to suit your requests. Cheques from unsuccessful applications will be returned. Please indicate clearly your choice of meal. Dietary requests will be forwarded to the restaurant.
The charge for Lunch, including half a bottle of wine per person is £27
By arrangement with the Management, any Companion who is dining, may deposit his ‘overnight’ case at the restaurant prior to the Convocation of Supreme Grand Chapter.
