One of UGLE’s strategic objectives, and a major priority for all Provinces, is to improve the attraction and retention of members.
Lodges that are welcoming and have good membership processes tend to be successful in retaining long-term members, which is necessary for the health and sustainability of the Craft.
The Members’ Pathway has been designed especially for use by Lodges, offering the tools and techniques on how to:
Plan – what do we need and how are we going to get it
Attract – What can we do to get new members into our Lodge
Engage – How can we ensure that all members enjoy their Freemasonry
Retrieve – What can be done to stop people leaving
Remember, its all about being welcoming and ensuring we all enjoy ourselves.
The role-out of The New Members Pathway has begun, W.Bro. Duncan has delivered presentations in many Lodges within the Province. If your Lodge has a free meeting then let him know and he will be happy to come along with his team.
Contact the Provincial Grand Membership Officer to book your presentation by emailing membership@nullprovince.org.uk to add details and dates you would like the presentation to take place.
