There is a very attractive chapel within the Albert Edward Prince of Wales Court residential home. It has some colourful stained glass and seating for well over 60 people and lots of room for wheelchairs and buggies. This picture shows the congregation assembling before the Provincial Deputy Grand Chaplain W.Bro the Rev. Tony Stevens welcomed everyone.
A service is held at 3 o’clock on the second Sunday of the month and is supported by residents, their families and friends and brethren from the area. It lasts 45 minutes and well known hymns are chosen each time. Why not come next on 10th June and have a look round this recently refurbished and stylish care home – it is a credit to the Craft and worthy of your support.
