The next concert in the ‘Tercentenary’ organ concert series is being given in the Grand Temple at Freemasons’ Hall, Great Queen Street, London, at 17:00 on December 14th 2016 after the post-Quarterly Communications lunch on that day. The performer will be the brilliant international concert artist, Jane Parker-Smith.
The concert is free and open to all, including wives, partners and friends.
As at previous concerts in the series, close-up video images will be projected onto the walls of the Grand Temple so that the audience can see the dexterity of the player at the organ console. The very tuneful and enjoyable programme includes popular works by Elgar, Cochereau, Franck, Langlais, Bowe, Dethier and Stamm and is expected to last about an hour.
Concert goers are warmly encouraged to book their free tickets via this link. As for the inaugural concert in September 2015, where demand was heavy, tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
